Ms. Flinders holds a bachelor's degree in social science from Radford University and an MBA from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary. She is a member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals. As her career progresses, Ms. Flinders hopes to continue working for Cisco and pursue promotional opportunities on the horizon.
