Lynda Furnari brings corporate experience to her own Smoothie King franchise
CHERRY HILL, NJ, September 19, 2011 /Management PR News/ -- Lynda Furnari, Franchise Owner of Smoothie King, has been selected as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.
A multi-disciplined financial services and operations executive, Ms. Furnari has distinguished herself for her ability to understand complex technical process issues and translate them into viable business solutions. She has occupied leadership positions in several corporations — invaluable experience that she brings today to her own Smoothie King franchise. In her first year as a business owner, Ms. Furnari utilizes her knowledge of client relations management to network with various organizations, market her products and cater at events.
Prior to striking out on her own, Ms. Furnari served as Vice President of Client Services for Bowne & Co., Inc. She was also previously a Vice President of Mutual Fund Solutions for GCom2 Solutions and a Product Manager for Merrill Corporation. In these capacities, she built strategic business relationships with C-level executives that created client loyalty and resulted in increased revenues and bottom-line profitability. She was noted especially for being able to turn around unprofitable operations and deliver continuous improvement in process, cost, quality and productivity. Having earned speedy promotions at nearly every stage of her career, Ms. Furnari is thrilled to finally have the opportunity to work for herself. She credits diligence for the early successes she has enjoyed as a franchise owner.
Ms. Furnari earned a master's degree in finance in 1987 from William Paterson University of New Jersey. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
