Tracy Bullock creates platforms to train program managers around the world
PHOENIX, AZ, September 02, 2011 /Management PR News/ -- Tracy L. Bullock, Global CBD Capability Development Manager for Procter & Gamble, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in global program management. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline is chosen for this distinction. With nearly three decades of experience under her belt, Ms. Bullock utilizes her knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the business world to her advantage in her current role with a premier consumer goods company. She creates platforms to train program managers around the world and develops training designs to support the initiatives of the renowned company.
Ms. Bullock has held more than 15 roles across four functions within Procter & Gamble during the course of 28 years. In the past two years, she has designed, developed, and deployed a global plan for developing sales managers and their people, specifically focused on understanding the needs of the customer. She attributes her success to continuing to learn new skills every year. She became involved in her profession because the company approached her and created a position for her.
Ms. Bullock received a Bachelor of Science in business and marketing at The University of Arizona and has also completed some graduate coursework. Looking ahead, Ms. Bullock will refocus on using the skills she teaches, and transition into a Senior Account Executive position.
