Orbital Sciences Corporation is an aerospace company that provides engineering, production and technical services for NASA, the Department of Defense, and various commercial and academic space programs. Mr. Fleming became involved in his profession because he had been interested in the space field from childhood. He attributes his success to being practical, and having an excellent team supporting him.
Mr. Fleming received a master of science in project management in 2009 from Colorado Technical University. He holds a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
