Dale Lippert, Sr. demonstrates extensive business management and leadership in health care
KELLER, TX, August 15, 2011 /Management PR News/ -- Dale Lippert Sr., Director of Product Implementation for CareFusion, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP of the Year for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in management and leadership.
Mr. Lippert, who is a registered nurse, has more than two decades of experience in the health care field. For the past 14 years, he has worked for CareFusion, a medical technology company. An expert in management and leadership, Mr. Lippert has profit and loss responsibility for product implementation and support functions for approximately 25% of the United States. He is responsible for achieving the region's monthly and quarterly revenue and expense budgets. Primary responsibilities include: developing and executing strategic and annual operating plans focused on profitable growth; overall leadership responsibility for efficient, high-quality product implementations and customer support services.
After serving in the U.S. Army as a Medical Specialist, Mr. Lippert furthered his education. He obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing from Cameron University in 1988; Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University in 1996 than in 1998 a Master of Science in Business Management . Southern Nazarene University honored Mr. Lippert with a distinguished achievement award for his scholastic excellence. He also was recognized of high scholastic attainment by being elected a member of Gamma Sigma Chapter of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration. Crediting his success to his upbringing, he was inspired to become involved in his field by his mother, who was also in the health care field.
With an aspiration of obtaining a high-level nursing administration position in the coming years, Mr. Lippert intends to continue caring for others.
