Carla is a Training and Development Supervisor with 25 years of professional experience on a road paved with success and growth. She has had several great moments, such as being identified as one of the best production supervisors by production management; being requested directly by the site leader to become QA Supervisor, because she knew what had to be done and how to do it; having an FDA inspector identify her visual inspection program as a best practice. In addition, Carla has had her development of programs identified by Corporate as Best Practice within the company (Change Control).
During her collegiate career, Carla earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Her success stems from her extraordinary work ethic as well as her determination to succeed.
