Antra Truksane Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Business Management
Antra Truksane has found success in the U.S. promoting the benefits of cryotherapy
LOS GATOS, CA, August 5, 2011 /Management PR News/ -- Antra Truksane, Owner and CEO of Cryolab California and Business Development Manager of Millennium ICE, Inc., has been selected as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.
A native of Latvia, Ms. Truksane occupied top management positions in her homeland for 20 years and represented her country in several international organizations. She brings operations and project management expertise to the United States, where she celebrates her first year at the helm of two complementary businesses: Cryolab California, a health and wellness company specializing in cryotherapy treatments; and Millennium ICE, Inc., a cryotherapy equipment sales firm. Having personally experienced the benefits of cryotherapy, which uses low temperatures or the removal of heat from a body part as a form of medical therapy, Ms. Truksane enjoys promoting this little-used modality. Her work includes providing cryosauna treatments to athletes, fitness-minded clients and people who need relief from pain; consulting on pain management; facilitating business development; and marketing cryogenic equipment to sports teams, fitness centers and spas. She attributes the success she has found to her hard work and love of new challenges.
Ms. Truksane received an MBA from Latvia's Riga Business School, in cooperation with the University at Buffalo School of Management and the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. She is a member of the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, the Latvian American Business Association of California, and the International Guild of Quality Professionals. Ms. Truksane looks forward to establishing her new businesses and introducing more products.
