J. Larry Soares to be Featured in Exclusive Registry
Larry Soares promotes the founding values of Luso-American as the fraternal organization's CEO
DUBLIN, CA, June 22, 2011 /Management PR News/ -- J. Larry Soares, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Luso-American, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in organizational management.
Operating with strong family values in mind, Luso-American provides life insurance, financial products, annuity plans and fraternal services to the members of its community. It is an incorporated organization in the state of California, and it aims to preserve Portuguese language and culture as it encourages the accomplishments of younger generations.
At 20 months old, Mr. Soares was inducted into Luso-American, and today, he serves this fraternal organization as its CEO and executive vice president. He has accumulated a total of nearly 19 years of professional experience and has worked in his current position for the last two years. During this time, he has developed strong knowledge of the intricacies of life insurance and annuities. He oversees all business aspects of Luso-American, while also coordinating with the board of directors and maintaining two facilities.
Before Soares joined Luso-American, he gained an educational foundation at San Jose State University; he holds a Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in office administration. He is also the former president of the League of Portuguese Fraternal Benefits Societies of California and the California division of the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counsellors.
Soares believes that his success would have been impossible were it not for hard work and the personal involvement he had in his profession. He supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and in the near future, intends to retire, yet continue his participation in charitable work.
