Flunder to the distinguished ranks of leading professionals as a result of his phenomenal work in professional training and coaching. Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Flunder has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision and perseverance necessary to be considered among the best.
As a Change Agent Leader, Trainer, and Speaker with The Flundonian Group, Justin offers "edutaining" workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding his clients' personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods. He works together with individuals and groups to move his clients and/or their organizations in the desired direction of obtaining their goals. Mr. Flunder has written multiple leadership books and will be launching his next publication in early 2012.
Mr. Flunders is also a Master Teacher, Professional Certified Coach and Trainer, and Practical Leadership Author who has aligned himself with his mentor, John Maxwell, because Justin believes that Mr. Maxwell's values and teachings are synonymous with his purpose, passion and plan to develop every day leaders. Justin feels privileged to be infusing change and growth into others by adding John's proven leadership principles and methods to his educational and leadership experience.
During his collegiate career, Justin earned a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Education degree in Leadership from City University Bellevue. He has hosted his own talk radio show, known as The Change Agent, in which he broadcasted throughout the world, utilizing the platform to take every day people and equip them into every day change agent leaders. In 2008, Mr. Flunders was the recipient of an Educator of the Year Excellence in Teaching Award in Alberta.
