Houston, TX, November 10, 2011 /Management PR News/ -- Donald A. Benson, Chief Executive Officer of Donald A. Benson and Associates, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Executive of the Year in Energy Services. As the CEO of Donald A. Benson and Associates, Mr. Benson provides comprehensive solutions to clients within the energy industry. He became involved in his profession after working civil as well as energy construction in the oilfields of Saudi Arabia and other areas of the Middle East, Far East and South America. During this time, he enjoyed working hands-on at the "grass roots level," training and working with foreign personnel, and setting up equipment for use on cross country and sub-marine pipelines. He possesses strong teambuilding and problem-solving skills.
Don attributes his success to the passion that comes with the desire and persistence to bring out the creative strength of each individual and help them to understand and take ownership in the objective. Don has always believed that it is at this stage that the continuity of a win-win is established and that at this point the client has the quality and repeatability it requires, which is "the ultimate objective."
