Bronwyn has over 25 years of experience in consulting and leadership roles in Australia, Asia and Europe, demonstrating the ability to work across cultural groups and engage people at all levels. She specializes in supporting organizations to achieve maximum benefit from programs to implement IT, strategy or organizational improvements. Bronwyn has an end-to-end holistic approach, having been engaged in all elements of transformational change management, including process re-design; performance improvement; organization design; change and people leadership; communication and stakeholder engagement; benefits identification and realization; knowledge management and training and development.
During her collegiate career, Bronwyn earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Monash University. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Bronwyn is also an Executive Committee Board Member of the Heep Hong Society, an organization which provides services and support for children with disabilities and their families. In addition, she is a School Council Member of Bradbury School of the English Schools Foundation.
