In his position as Commercial Manager with Rio Tinto, Mema is at the forefront of the sustainable and transparent development on new mineral wealth throughout Africa. Over the course of his career, he has lived and worked in most African countries as well as the United States and Asia.
During his collegiate career, Mema earned a Master's degree in International Business and International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
