Twenty three years ago, Ms. Santana obtained a cosmetology license in the state of California and established her career in the industry. Always intrigued by beauty, she keeps up with trends to provide exceptional customer service. She has been at the helm of Bliss Hair Studio for five years, and is responsible for overseeing all operations of the salon, styling hair, ordering supplies, and maintaining contractors and customers.
To sustain herself as an entrepreneur, Ms. Santana pursued college coursework in business management. In both 1996 and 1997, while styling hair at Calrton Hair International, she won a color competition to attend the London International Hair Show. Thus, she has proved her expertise in hair coloring, styling and cutting many times over during the past two decades. In the future, Ms. Santana hopes to continue growing with her business.
