In fact, he now serves as the president and CEO of two profitable companies: ReeSolve Entreprises, Inc., a real estate agency, and Pape Enterprises, LLC, an internet firm. Dr. Pape, who is particularly adept in building relationships, specializes in helping individuals to maximize the growth of their investment portfolios through the use of real estate collateral. He actively seeks investment funding and helps his clients choose profitable acquisitions. Dr. Pape plans to expand his companies in the years to come.
Dr. Pape has focused on real estate investment and property management for the past eight years. Previously, he worked as the interim director for United Way of Escambia County. Certified in social work, he earned a Doctor of Ministry in personal, marriage and family counseling at Eden Theological Seminary in 1965. He became an ordained minister in 1960. Dr. Pape, along with his wife Kathy, have served in voluntary roles with a number of organizations, including the Gulf Coast Kids House, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, American Red Cross and Pensacola Opera.
