Ms. Douthitt has amassed over twenty years of professional experience. Throughout her career, she has garnered a reputation of distinction among her professional peers. As CEO of one of San Antonio's foremost information technology consultancies, Ms. Douthitt capitalizes on her expertise in strategic planning, information technology executive leadership, organizational change, project management, teaching, staff development, and software applications development to assist her clients in achieving their strategic imperatives.
Ms. Douthitt is pursuing a PhD in Management, with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change, at Walden University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in management information systems and marketing, as well as a Master of Arts in computer science, from Ball State University. Additionally, she has attained certification as a Project Management Professional and received a Governor's Service of Excellence Award from the state of Arizona. She maintains affiliations with the Academy of Management, IEEE, and the Project Management Institute. Ms. Douthitt also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alamo Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
