Brilliant Business Coach Is In The Plans Of Stanford Who's Who

As Founder of McIntosh Coaching he has consistently displayed the vision, dedication and professionalism required to be among the elite.
John is a solution oriented coach and therapist. McIntosh Coaching's approach is about personal sustainable change through coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, career planning and profiling applications, and the use of the Business Excellence Framework. They assist clients in finding their already existing resources to address their issues and concerns. Although this may involve learning a new approach to certain aspects it is always about building on the client's existing knowledge.
John's career as a Professional Engineer and General Manager with a multi-national company exposed him to many aspect of leadership and management. During that time, he experienced a wonderful overseas assignment living in Fiji and working throughout the South West Pacific countries as a Regional Manager. It was a life changing experience and the catalyst for a change in direction and career. He then began the coaching business in 2000 after earning a Diploma in Ontological Coaching. He has also attained a Diploma in Solution Oriented Hypnosis and is currently working towards the Advanced Diploma in that area.
Mr. McIntosh graduated with Honors earning a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. He also attained a Bachelor's Degree in Business. John is a Chartered Engineer and a qualified Engineering Executive.
Mr. John R. McIntosh is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Human Resources Institute, Australian Institute of Management, International Coach Federation and Institute of Management Consultants.
John greatly enjoys tennis and golf in the time away from his demanding schedule.
