Rush Hour Karting Introduces New Executive Meeting and Conference Room
Business Open House Events on March 18 & 25 to Feature Free Food, Tours and Racing
GARNER, NC, March 13, 2010 /Management PR News/ -- Corporate event and meeting planners now have a new option when selecting sites for their business function. Rush Hour Karting, a unique European-style go karting facility in Garner, has opened a new 600-square-foot, fully enclosed Executive Meeting and Conference Room overlooking the track.
To introduce this unique meeting space to the local business community, Rush Hour Karting is hosting two special Business Open House events: a Business Luncheon on Thursday, March 18 from noon to 3 p.m., and a Business After Hours event on Thursday, March 25 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Rush Hour Karting is located in the White Oak Business Park at 5335 Raynor Road in Garner.
Both Business Open House events will feature complimentary hors d'oeuvres, free racing and a tour of the facility. Interested parties must RSVP by calling 919-662-9101 or e-mailing info@rushhourkarting.com. Companies are asked to limit their number of attendees to five.
Rush Hour Karting's new Executive Meeting and Conference Room is an elegant but functional meeting space featuring cherry hardwood floors, wall sconces, chair rail moldings and Wainscoting wood panel accents on the walls. State-of-the-art electronics and presentation equipment is also available, including a high-def projector with 133" screen, laptop hookup, wireless mic, DIRECTV high-def service, high-speed WiFi and conference-calling phone. The room can hold up to 60 guests and comfortably seats up to 35. Catering services are also available on site.
"This is a natural extension of our service to the local business community," said Adam Saad, owner/operator of Rush Hour Karting. "We've hosted hundreds of corporate team-building and social events over the years, and now we can host their off-site meetings as well. We invite local businesses to come 'test drive' our facility at either Business Open House event."
Companies that have either already used the new Executive Meeting and Conference Room or have booked future events include Costco, Dell Computers, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Triangle Mopars, Mothers Unlimited, Schneider Electric and John Deere, Inc.
